Get Into The Olympic Spirit!
The Olympics should be getting everyone into the athletic mindset. Whether it is walking, running, swimming, or even gymnastics, there are tons of ways to stay active this summer! Get into your Olympic athlete mindset by:
- Walk with friends or even with your dog 1-2 miles around your neighborhood or around a track
- Make a whirlpool in your own pool or do laps back and forth
- Jog or run around your neighborhood or track for 1-2 miles
- Gymnastics is a great way to stay limber and gain muscle
- Get a group soccer game going with some friends
- Rent a canoe for the day and row up a river with some snacks and waters
- Kayaking works great too!
