Juicing Blends
Juicing is a great way to get liquid nutrition into your body. Below are various juicing blends that are packed with nutrition and benefits:
1. Spicy Orange
- This is a simple get-started juice recipe. Always peel oranges before juicing: The skin contains toxic oils, which are good in cleaning products but not in the digestive tract.
Ingredients
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 cucumber, peeled if not organic
- 1-inch chunk of ginger root
Directions
- Cut produce to fit your juicer’s feed tube.
- Juice all ingredients and stir.
- Pour into a glass and drink as soon as possible. Serves 2.
2. Mango-Cucumber Salsa Cooler
Ingredients
- 1 firm, ripe mango, peeled and seeded
