Avocado: A Superfood
Whether you’re putting it in salad, making a dip, or just simply eating it from its skin, avocados are full of excellent nutrients. Dating back to the Aztecs, this buttery green fruit is packed with powerful health benefits. There are two types of avocados, Hass and Florida (Hass being the more nutritious and tastier one). - The monounsaturated oil is oleic acid, which may help lower cholesterol

- Contain Lutein, which lowers the risk of eye diseases
