Spring Cleaning

It’s that time of year when it we could all use a good spring cleaning. Whether it be for the house or our own bodies, it is time for a spring cleaning after a long winter. Here are a few tips to help you clean, inside and out:

  • Clear your home: de-clutter, scrub, and discard. It’s time to get rid of the old and start fresh. Every house could use a good cleansing, so why not now?
  • Detox your friend list: Time to let go of the flaky “friends” and reconnect with real friends.
  • Get moving: Start a spin class or do some yoga. Exercise is the best medicine to get out of a funk.
  • Time to fix up your diet: Do a cleanse, eat more leafy greens and vegetables, and incorporate more healthy choices into your life.
