- Go for a walk: Take your dog and kids for a stroll around the neighborhood during the morning and evening hours for a little cooler weather.
- Take up an outdoor sport: Volleyball, soccer, football, Frisbee, or even tennis, are all great outdoor sports that are fun. Beach volleyball is a great way to get your friends together and exercise at the same time.
