Dr. Baron has come up with a list of his own gluten free superfoods:

The GF Body by Baron

  • Avocados, Apples, Almonds, Acai, Asparagus
  • Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar (With the “Mother”), Blueberries, Beets, Broccoli, Bee Products (Bee Pollen, Propolis and Royal Jelly), Brown Rice*, Beans*
  • Chia seeds, Coconut products (water, milk, oil, butter, flour), Camu Camu, Chlorella, Cherries, Cucumbers, Cauliflower, Cilantro, Cinnamon, Cashews (raw)
  • Dark Chocolate (minimum 70% cacao)
