Easy & Delicious Gluten Free Dinner

Tonight, why not wow your family with an easy & delicious gluten free dinner? Dr. Baron’s wife has created an amazing meal that is perfect for any night of the week!

Quinoa Fancied Up & Salmon With Dill

HEALTHY & DELICIOUS! QUINOA IS MORE OF AN ART THAN AN EXACT RECIPE.  HERE IS MY BASIC HOW-TO AS I DO NOT MEASURE.  THAT’S THE JOY OF IT!  IF I CAN MAKE IT TASTE GOOD WITHOUT MEASURING……ANYONE CAN!!!!!

1. COOK QUINOA:  I BOIL 2C. WATER AND 1C. QUINOA.

2. THEN I COVER, LOWER TO A SIMMER AND COOK ABOUT 12-15 MINUTES.

3. POUR INTO A BOWL. THEN I TOP IT WITH:

  • JUICE OF 1 LEMON
  • A FEW TABLESPOONS OF AVOCADO OIL
  • A FEW TABLESPOONS OF COCONUT OIL
  • FROZEN ROASTED CORN
  •  SLICED GRAPES
  • CHOPPED SCALLIONS
  • DRIED CRANBERRIES
  • SLICED ALMONDS
  • CHIA SEEDS
  • SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE

SALMON

1. I BRUSHED THIS WITH SOFTENED BUTTER (JUST A LITTLE), ADD SALT, PEPPER AND FRESH CHOPPED DILL.

2. BROIL ON NONSTICK FOIL FOR ABOUT 12 MINUTES OR SO.
