Great Way to Start The Day

How would you like to wake up, do 15 minutes of stretching, go for a nice relaxing walk or run, and do some yoga…on the beach? Well the summertime is the perfect time to start your morning by doing just that! Try it this summer by going to your local beach and start by stretching. Stretch out your legs, hamstrings, calves, arms, and back slowly while taking in deep breaths with each one. After you’ve stretched, go for a nice walk or run on the beach to get some good cardio in. After your cardio, do 15-30 minutes of relaxing yoga to help calm down your body and put you in a tranquil state of mind. Try doing this 3 times a week this summer to help improve your overall health and wellness.
