Strawberries
Strawberries are an excellent source of vitamin C, a good source of potassium, and a source of folic acid, vitamin B5, and magnesium. Strawberry essence is used in beauty products to combat wrinkles and freckles, and is also a good skin tonic. Strawberry leaves are brewed to produce a mild astringent tea used to relieve diarrhea. On the other hand, if eaten in large quantities, strawberries will act as a laxative.
Almonds
The fat in almonds is comprised of 86% unsaturated acids. A nutritious food, the sweet almond is an excellent source of magnesium and potassium, and a good source of phosphorous, riboflavin, copper, niacin, and zinc. Almond oil may promote the elimination of gallstones, and it is sometimes applied externally to speed the healing of burns and cracks, as well as to relieve dry skin.

Chestnuts
Chestnuts are reputed to have antiseptic properties, and are said to prevent anemia and alleviate stomach problems. They can cause bloating and flatulence, especially when eaten raw, but these effects can be minimized by chewing the chestnuts thoroughly. Chestnuts are high in potassium, vitamin C, copper, magnesium, folic acid, vitamin B6 and iron.
