New Year, New You
Everyone has a New Year’s resolution, so here are a few tips for a new year, new you:
- Get fit: Join your local gym and start slow, such as walking on the treadmill three times a week and gradually incorporating more exercises
- Eat right: Try switching the foods you eat most with organic, local grown produce and meats. Also, add more salads with raw olive oil dressing and quinoa or brown rice.
- Be mentally well: Join a weekly yoga class or meditate once a week to keep your mind clear and stress away.
